REFUND POLICY

At Windy City Elite Group LTD, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because of the nature of hemp-derived and vape products, and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept general returns or issue refunds except for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.

1. No General Returns or Exchanges

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

    • Change of mind

    • Dissatisfaction with product effects

    • Ordering the wrong product

2. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Defective products may be opened only to the extent necessary to determine the defect (e.g., testing a vape cartridge that does not function).

  • To report an issue, contact us at info@windycityelite.shop with:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the defect or damage

    • Photos (and if applicable, video evidence) of the issue and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide one of the following:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A store credit equal to the value of the defective item (at our discretion).

3. Reporting Window

  • Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a replacement is approved, Windy City Elite Group LTD will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and compliance reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products that are not defective

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Products purchased from third-party retailers or distributors

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before checkout.
